At checkout. One-off packages are paid in full when you order. Monthly plans bill the first month at checkout, then every month.

No. Taxes are $0 on our services.

Yes. Cancel free before work starts, or at least 24 hours before your kickoff call. Inside 24 hours of the call there is a 50% fee. Once work has started, you pay for the work completed. Full terms are in the Refund Policy.

Yes. Your order confirmation email lists everything you bought. Email support@primecopylab.com if you need an invoice with specific details.

Each package shows its business days to first draft. They run from your kickoff call. A five-page website is 15 business days. A single article is 5.

Two rounds on every one-off package, and one round per piece on monthly plans. A third round is $150.

One consolidated set of notes on the draft we sent. A change of brief or scope is not a revision. We will tell you before we start and quote it in writing.

Tell us in your first round of notes. If the brief was clear and the draft is far off, we rework it inside your included rounds. We do not offer refunds on completed creative work, which is why the specimens and the brief come first.

Yes. Your kickoff call is with the person who writes your copy.

Yes. The price on the page is the price you pay, in USD.

The lowest-priced package for that service. Every higher package has its own listed price.

No promotions or coupon codes. The Launch bundle is priced as a bundle, and the retainers are priced per month.

The smallest package is a $225 single article. Add-ons are sold with or without a package.
