PrimeCopyLab is a copywriting studio in Orlando, Florida. We write for small and mid-size businesses, we publish our prices, and we show our work before you pay.

Most business copy is not bad because it is badly written. It is bad because nobody decided what it should say. Then it gets said at length, to nobody in particular.

Our job is the decision, and then the sentence. We cut what is not needed, put the point first, and write for the one person who is reading. That is also why the site looks like a marked-up proof: editing is the work.

How we work

We work from Orlando on a published price list. You order a package, we agree the brief on a call, and you see a draft by the date on your order. Two rounds of revisions are part of the price.

We say no to jobs that are outside our services. That keeps the writing sharp and the schedule honest.

The first edit is deletion. Most drafts get better by getting shorter.

We lead with the reader.

Every page starts with the reader's problem, not with the company's history.

Not "We are a leading provider".
We say the number.

Prices, days and quantities go on the page. "Competitive" does not.

A range is a way of not saying.
We do not invent proof.

No made-up testimonials, statistics or client names, in your copy or on this site. If a page needs proof, you supply it and we place it.

Fake proof ends careers and sites.
We write to a brief.

Each project starts with a written brief and a stated scope, so everyone agrees what finished means.

Revisions, cancellation and turnaround are written in plain English before you pay.

How we price

A price list, not a negotiation.

We price by what you get, not by the hour. Pages, emails, articles and products are countable, so we count them. The price you see is the price you pay, and it is the same for everyone. If your job does not fit a package, we scope it on a call and quote it in writing.
